This book has 20 short walks from 1.5 to 5.5 miles in length exploring the New Forest National Park. Each walk includes turn by turn directions, information on parking and refreshments and key features, nature and wildlife to spot and an extract of the 1:25,000 scale OS map to keep you on track.

Many of these walks are ideal for families, and include information of tricky features like stiles. A quick facts section guides you to the start location and gives distance, estimated time and GPS waypoints. It was compiled and checked by local expert David Foster.
