Wegenkaart Rusland West - Stadsplan St. Petersburg

Western Russia on an indexed road map with large street plans of central Moscow and St. Petersburg. The map is double-sided, covering on one side the country between Murmansk and Volgograd including the central part of the Urals, with on the reverse the rest of western Russia with the Caucasus and southern Urals.

Topography is shown by altitude colouring in feet, although peak heights are given in meters. The map shows the road network with border crossings and driving distances on main routes. Railway lines are included and domestic airports are marked. Also shown are internal administrative boundaries and names of the provinces, plus a selection of places of interest. Latitude and longitude are drawn at 5° intervals.

The map includes large, very clear street plans of central Moscow and St. Petersburg, indicating one way streets, metro stations, selected hotels, embassies and consulates and various places of interest.

All place names on the main map are given in the Latin alphabet. On street plans all streets are in the Latin alphabet with main traffic arteries also in Cyrillic. Presentation of other locations, including hotels and sights, varies - some in both, other just transliterated.
